Everyone knows about the bearings, fan blades, frame blades, etc. of axial flow fans, but what about the transmission of axial flow fans? Below, the Wankun fan editor will introduce three transmission methods for axial flow fans.
The commonly used transmission methods for axial flow fans include direct motor connection, triangular tape transmission, and coupling linkage.
Type A: The motor is directly connected, and the fan impeller is directly mounted on the motor shaft. Usually used for small machine numbers.
Type B: Belt wheel drive, with the belt wheel installed between two bearings.
Type C: Wheel driven, with the pulley cantilever installed at one end of the main shaft and the impeller cantilever installed at the other end of the main shaft.
D-type: Coupling linkage, impeller cantilever installed on the main shaft (with air duct structure).
E-type: Coupling linkage, impeller cantilever installed on the main shaft (without air duct structure).
