Wan kun fan science popularization - What does fan pressure and fan volume mean?
So, how should you choose when making a purchase? Let the article help you figure it out.
As the name suggests, the airflow of a fan refers to the amount of air it can blow out; naturally, the higher the airflow, the better it is. However, just having a high airflow isn't sufficient because the air will lack momentum and won't travel far; therefore, there must also be a certain level of wind pressure to enable the air to travel farther. Wind pressure refers to the gas pressure generated by the fan.
When choosing a fan, the volume should be selected based on the heat dissipation of the equipment and the size of the space, while the pressure should be selected based on the transmission distance and resistance.
