  • Second: Equipped with NSK self-aligning roller bearings, which have a significantly higher load-bearing capacity compared to most ball bearings available on the market. Self-aligning roller bearings can automatically adapt to minor deviations in the axis, ensuring stable support even during high-speed operation of the fan. This design, combined with a fully enclosed bearing housing, effectively eliminates the risk of grease leakage, providing a long-lasting and clean operating environment for the belt-driven system.

The flexible nature of the belt-driven system effectively buffers the dynamic impact between the motor and the fan impeller, combined with the 4-hour stress annealing treatment of the impeller, which completely eliminates stress noise during high-speed operation. Additionally, the smooth transmission between the belt and the pulley further reduces the overall noise level, creating a quiet working environment for the air conditioning system.
  • Fourth: Taking advantage of the compact structure of the air conditioning box, we have adopted an installation method where the motor shaft and the fan shaft are positioned relative to each other.
